Back of projector, as it wouldn't be possible to be 1 inch away from the wall with the lens.

Hi Dominguez, The measurement from the wall should be from the back of the projector. The EpiqVision Ultra LS300 Projector lens is not at the front of the projector. It faces upward from the top of the projector. Please visit the Epson support site for views of the LS300 that clearly show the lens location.
