“How do I connect the Epson LS500 system to the Nakamichi - Shockwafe 9.2.4-Channel 1000W Soundbar System with Dual 10" Wireless Subwoofers and Dolby Atmos - sound system?”

• This is to Epson support, the hdmi arc port does not allow the Nakamichi -shockwafe system to play audio through it. The sound starts then cuts out. I too purchased this sound bar for my projector and had to send it back because my epson ls500 projector would not play thru it.

• Hello Markos. The Epson EpiqVision Ultra LS500 Projector supports external audio connections via the "Audio Out" port or HDMI Arc. To ensure a successful connection, please make sure your Soundbar system supports either option. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
