• The quality of this printer is excellent and should be good for matte presentation. But I would recommend premium grossly paper for photos instead of matte presentation paper.

• I have printed on eight and half by 11 photo paper and the quality is excellent.

• I haven't tried printing on matte presentation paper for photos because this printer is designed for premium gross photo paper. The results were excellent. You will need to try it to see the results on matte presentation paper. Dick
