  • QuestionDoes this printer come with full size ink cartridges?

    Asked by RebeccaH.

    • Answer Full size meaning they look full size and fit, yes. The real concern is how full are they. usually, any printer you buy comes with just a bare minimum of ink in order to test the printer. Then you buy the cartridges. I use this for a scanner, not a printer. The printer I use to print is a laser.

  • QuestionIf one ink cartridge goes out does that mean you need to replace all of them? How do you know which one is out of ink?

    Asked by italianma.

    • Answer The printer will not operate if a black ink cartridge is expended or any cartridge is removed. If a color cartridge is expended, you may be able to continue printing temporarily with black ink.

  • QuestionDoes the XP-6000 fax?

    Asked by Mike.

    • Answer No. This printer DOES NOT fax. This dude from before, lied. All the information about this product online from Epson, is a bold faced LIE. This printer does not and will not fax. It needs to be hooked up to a phone line apparently to do so? I did so much research to figure out how to get this stupid printer to fax and I was literally just reading lies on the manufacturer's website. Then I spoke with someone via chat who asked if they would help me, then literally did nothing to help and tried to ask me to call their support line, which didn't even connect me to a real human. It just gave me ANOTHER phone number to call. All of these so i could find out that the stupid p.o.s. printer doesn't fax anyway. These people don't know what they're doing. I thought Epson was a leader in this field but they've proven they failures to me. Their customer service is BS as well as the information on their website. I'll never buy an Epson again.
