The folders are put in alphabetical/numerical order. You get to make a folder (a main one) then the subsequent files all go under that. So if you have various years and topics, this would be the order, with the years coming in order first, then anything alphabetical. 1985 Winter Park 1987 Surfing 2005 Airplane House Pictures So House pictures or anything else alphabetical will be AFTER all the years.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The FastFoto scans will show up by year in consecutive order if you labeled them and it doesn't matter if you scanned 1975 before 1965. When I find pictures that need to be added to a group, I scan without creating a label and then I move them to the appropriate group.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.there is a setting you can set to create a sub directory with the name that you want the files to have and it will label and put all of the ones with that file name there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As you scan each batch of pictures you can select where it should go and file names. For example, if you have a bunch of pictures from DisneyWorld that you took in 1985, you can name those as,say, Disney1985,and each picture will be named that with a sequence number such as Disney1985 001,Disney1985 002, etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In windows, if you sort by name, then yes the folders will list themselves in numerical order, 1975, 1979, 1980, 1989, etc. If you create folders with names they will list in alphabetical order.
