• It has 2, but one of them is taken up with the smart tv interface that comes with it. From everything ive read you can unplug that if you wanted to (to maybe use an apple tv, roku, etc.) If you didnt wanted to use the google tv interface.

• There are two. The first has a dongle hooked into it from the factory. (which you could unplug it and use a 4K Firestick, like I did. The second is an HDMI with ARC function to hook into a receiver or sound bar that also uses ARC.
