Best buy wants 15% restocking fee. I returned mine due to it being defective (wouldn't connect through bluetooth) and they tried hard to stick me with the 15% fee. After speaking with a manager, I finally convinced them that I wasn't paying a restocking fee for a defective product. The returned my full purchase price. If you are just returning it because you don't like it - I would imagine you would have an uphill battle.
