The projector comes with an electronic door that covers the lens when the unit is off. You will need a cable box or a dvr to watch cable. It's a very great unit
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is no screen with the projector. I recommend a Elite Screens Aeon screen. A Remote does come with and yes you can hook it up to a cable box with HDMI cable that is included.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If by screen protector you're referring to something to cover/protect the lens, then no, but it's not necessary. It has an automatic lens cover that opens and closes automatically when the projector is turned on and off. Any "protective film" you put directly on the lens is going to distort the image so I wouldn't recommend doing that. Yes it comes with a good remote (that can control other equipment via CEC) and it comes with a power cable. You can purchase the proper HDMI cables at many retailers to hook up your source equipment. This is a really great projector.
