“How can this projector cost $2000 and not have audio?!? I’ve tried connecting it directly to a brand new top of the line Bose sound bar via hdmi and Bluetooth and NO sound. Had a professional video/audio team out to figure it out and they can’t get audio!”

Hi Jeff, The Home Cinema 4010 is designed for a typical home theater installation where video is sent to the projector and audio is sent to a sound system. The projector does not have internal speakers or an audio output port. If your setup is different, one option is to purchase an inexpensive HDMI audio extractor to split the sound from the HDMI signal and allow you to send the audio out via a cable. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.An audio extractor doesn't work because the HDMI is locked at 1.4 so the handshake doesn't work. It's a huge failure of a product. They should offer us a refund on this travesty.
