“Anyone knows what's with the 2x1080 in the spec? Is it still not native 4k? Looks like they are doing some sort of pixel doubling and say it's 4k... if this is true, then it's kinda shady marketing :(”

Not native. They are using a simulated 4k but it is decent.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.2x1980x1080. Not sure what that is supposed to me. Probably something technical. However, it is true 4k and it is impressive. Playing 4K content like Planet Earth on a 150 inch screen is mind blowing. Set up took about an hour to get just right for my complicated theater setup but it was worth it. Easily as good as a $5k Sony.
