Is the Epson 5040UB designed for shelf mount? null

Can be shelf, table or ceiling mounted. Any universal ceiling mount with a up to a 15" diameter adjustable reach should work.

Though it is a very large projector, it has all the appropriate screw mounting interface on the bottom of the projector to permit it to be securely positioned and mounted in an inverted (upside down) orientation with a universal pole mount from the ceiling. The picture image can obviously be inverted as well to match the orientation of the projector. You will not be disappointed with the Epson 5040UB, it is amazing!
