We just purchased and installed this projector and we are projecting on a 110" screen which is truly crystal clear. It could easily handle 120" or maybe even slightly larger than that. It has proven to be a pretty amazing projector for the price after using it for the past couple of weeks, so hopefully this feedback helps!
