“My Epson 5050ub shows no input signal when using Roku ultra set at 4k through my Yamaha 880 4k receiver. If I plug Roku directly into existing hdmi cable from back of receiver it works at full resolution. I have gone through every setting option possible”

• Hello Frank. Your audio receiver may be upscaling to an unsupported signal on the 5050UB. As a suggestion, you can try going into the Signal menu > Advanced > EDID - and try to change the EDID setting to Normal. If the issue continues, we recommend contacting Yamaha for further support.
