• Yes indeed you can watch cable television on your projector. We have DirectTV and it's awesome!

• I use my projector for everything. I have my playstation hooked up to it as well as cable TV. You will need to buy a switch system to ruin everything you want tho.

• This projector does not come with a coaxial connection but a cable box with composite or hdmi connections will work.

• If you have RCA, VGA connections or a way to adapt to those connections coming from your cable box or the signal then you would be able to display that on this unit. For instance if you had a VCR with a coaxial connection and RCA video and audio outputs then you could input the cable signal and pass it through to the projector that way.

• Yes the projector has multiple input options I have mine hooked up to Direct tv with an hdmi
