• The projector has its own speaker built in. The audio jacks are analog inputs.

• This is crazy for it not not have an audio output! What could they be thing at Epson? Home movie systems never rely on a self-contained internal speaker. I am appalled that Epson would leave out a 50 cent stereo output at the very least. I am hugely disapointed with the design of this unit. I would not advise buying it as the HDMI will only play audio to the internal speaker. DUMB engineering!

• Not really a big issue for me. The a/v source originates from somewhere away from the projector anyway (DVD player, laptop, cable receiver box, etc) so just run your audio from your source.
