• I don't have Windows 7 but I can use it on Vista, so I would guess that would work on Win 7 too. It stores the pictures on your pc and you can move them to wherever you want in your pc folders or to a flashdrive if you want to have copies or transfer to another pc.

• Yes works just fine on Windows 7 HP 32/64, Not sure what you mean,by upload to regular computer....but nothing special is needed, all software is provided.
