“Hello. ... I downloaded the software for the V39. It opened but I can find no Epson Folder anywhere in my iMac osx12.4.Monterey I looked in the Application s folder and did a search with no luck. Can someone explain what is going on? TIA”

Hi Sparks, In order to scan with the Perfection V39 from your Mac, open the Applications folder, open the Epson Software folder, and double-click the Epson Scan icon. If the Epson Software folder does not exist on your Mac, try reinstalling the Epson software. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
