• Hello GLA. The V39 Scanner can only be used with a PC. If you are looking for a photo scanner that doesn't require a PC, we recommend looking at FF-680W as it has smartphone and tablet compatibility. • No, this will not work without a PC. Works great with a laptop PC though.
