“Will this scanner scan to my library software without a problem or will it only scan to cloud. I use Book Collector and want to scan in the back covers.”

Yes it scans to your computer. It is not bluetooth or wireless, must use a USB cable.

This software allows you to save your documents in a variety of file types.
