• Yes it scans to your computer. It is not bluetooth or wireless, must use a USB cable.

• It will scan directly to your computer as jpeg's. I have never tried scanning to the cloud, not sure if it can do that.

• Hello garfreak. The Epson V39 Photo Scanner is compatible to work with the Epson ScanSmart software. This software allows you to save your documents in a variety of file types.
