• Yes, it has a memory card slot to connect your camera and it also includes a 1 multicolor ink cartridge.

• I'm not familiar with the mirrorless cameras, but this printer does have a memory card slot you can insert to print photos. And yes, the ink cartridge does come with it. It seems to be a full sized cartridge as I'm still on that starter cartridge, and I've printed quite a few photos.
