• It can be ceiling mounted but it does not come with a bracket. I purchased a universal one on amazon and it works great.

• Can be mounted on the ceiling or set on a stand. No, a ceiling mount is not encluded. Remember, this is big and heavier so don't skimp and go for the bargain ceiling mounts and it's best if can mount right to studs
