the 5030UB has several settings including daylight and dynamic. The quality of the colors will really depend on the lighting in your room. Indirect light through a window is prbobaby ok, but if the sunlight is shining directly on the wall you are wanting to watch it....you will probably be disappointed. The brighter you watch it, the shorter the bulb life.
