I personally use a microwave stand; it works great and as it is on wheels I can turn it to project from about 7 feet getting a nice 120-inch view or can turn it and shoot my other wall which is 14 feet away getting a nice 300-inch view. A word of caution, I did some research and found that a lot of models get less bulb life when turned upside down., Most ceiling mounts are designed that way.
