“I am thinking of upgrading to EX9220. I need to have good sound as well as good projection. I will use my Windows 10 laptop as the source. Can I wirelessly connect the laptop to the EX9220 for the image projection and use the sound out of the laptop?”

When I am using my windows 10 with this projector, I am using my bluetooth wireless speaker to get a quality sound.

I did a search on the model and discovered a lot of people had this exact problem. Considering it's a little past 2:00 a.m., I decided to what others are saying about Epson products. I am livid reading the nonchalant company reply!! I see through the placating. Clearly epson does NOT care about their customers!!!!! I am so angry because I spent nearly $1,000 on this GARBAGE projector only to discover many others have the same issue with how this model just dies and never powers back on. I understand your problem was a lightbulb. My concern is how the company just openly trivialized your review!! In my case, my projector sat barely used because it's NOT the most user friendly. Now that I am finally ready to use it, the project won't even power on!! Not to mention, I have Epson printers that malfunction shortly after use. Now seeing how the store treats customers let's me know I need to seek legal action and not waste my time with their mind games!! If anyone reading my reply, the Epson ex9220 is totally garbage!!! Do trust the company to help either based on how they clearly don't care!!
