I have a Epson XP -830 printer that has a small and a large 410-1 ink cartridge. Ordered the 410-1 cartridge and got the small photo one. What number do I use to get the wider 410-1 ink cartridge? null

The Ink number is confusing. You want Epson 410 standard-capacity, Black, use this for printing text. The other black says "photo black ; cartridge will not interchange slots.

If you order online, you'll need to order using the same number 410 but you have to look under that for just standard capacity black. The one you ordered was 410 standard capacity photo black.

Hi Benji, for the wider 410 ink cartridge I always order.... Epson 410 Black.
For the smaller photo cartridge I always order... Epson 410 Photo Black.

it is the same number just has a suffix on the end
