• 'I" replaced it myself from generic off web. Easy peasy. I'm no geek. I could have done entirely myself, but screws on printer wouldn't respond to teeny screwdriver provided. Husband provided needed torque. Under 5 min job if no screw driver issue. Careful tho: waste printer ink messy - but no problem if careful.
