“I printed less than 30 pages. Now, it's printing only black and blue ink. Looks like the Magenta and yellow ink are not printing. I clean the nozzle and it's still printing only black and blue ink. Any suggestions on what I should do?”

Run the page that shows how much ink is in each of the colors. If the Magenta and Yellow Ink tanks are full —- I would replace them from the extras you have. But - I sure wouldn’t hold my breath thinking it might work. I didn’t have those type of problems with the two that I had — but my issues were every bit as problematic as what you are seeing.

Please try again later.If it's still under warranty I would contact Epson; also I assume you've tried the printer head-cleaning maintenance per the users manual/machine's instruction/information panel prompts. Once a week, I've been told, whether you have anything to print or not you should print out a color page or two...keep everything primed and "juiced-up"...sounds old-fashioned and hokey...but I'm doing it anyway!
