Does it convert to WORD? null

Hi, the program does give you an option to save as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This screen pops up that states I have to download a plug-in to convert it to a Word document? Not sure what that can be, but it does look like it’s an option. See photo below.

Hello . The ES-400 II can scan and save your originals as a Microsoft Word file. To do so, you want to use the Epson ScanSmart software; then click on the selected MS Office Action button to save the file in the .docx file format. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
