• A:Answer I have used the EPSON Scanner with both work and personal OneDrive accounts without issue. I do know I had to have our IT approve the scanner before use on my OneDrive as the security was not allowing. Maybe try that way.

• A:Answer It’s because you’re scanning the documents black and white. Go to epsom smart, click on setting, then scan setting and then change the image type to either grayscale for a high quality black and white or color.

• A:Answer Hi MrsP, You can scan photos using the WorkForce ES-400 II, but it is not purpose-designed for photo scanning like the Epson FastFoto FF-680W scanner. In either case, if photos are delicate, please use a carrier sheet to protect them while they are being scanned. • A:Answer not directly necessarily as I understand it, but when you scan, it gives you the option on what to do with the scanned image. You can then direct it to save to a thumb drive attached to your computer, or save it to your hard drive, etc.
