Hello thhin. Yes, the ES-400 II can separate multi-page documents into individual files, or it can be saved as one file. Under the settings in Epson ScanSmart, you can select either option when saving as a PDF. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

You can also choose for it to assume all items are double sided, single sided or auto choose and it will decide if there is info on both sides or only on one side. You can set it to skip or include blank pages.
