“If you scan for example 50 two-sided documents to PDF format, will they end up in 1 single PDF or 50 individual PDF's? I'd like them to be in 50 separate PDF's if I so choose.”

Hello thhin. Yes, the ES-400 II can separate multi-page documents into individual files, or it can be saved as one file. Under the settings in Epson ScanSmart, you can select either option when saving as a PDF. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is an option in the "save settings" you get to choose if it is saved as separate files or all in one. You can also choose for it to assume all items are double sided, single sided or auto choose and it will decide if there is info on both sides or only on one side. You can set it to skip or include blank pages.
