Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can save the scan to a folder of your choice. After the docuement is scanned, you click a "next" button. A new window opens up. There is a cell in which you will search for and select the folder on your computer where you want to save the document. There is a cell that will contain a document number as the name. You can modify this cell and name the document whatever you want. Then click "save". The software for this scanner is much more user friendly than the software of an earlier version which I purchased 9 years ago.
