Hello Bill. Yes, there are different ways to send a scan to Email. You can send the scan to the computer from the scanner control panel over USB and send the Email using Epson ScanSmart software. Also, you can configure the scanner to send scans directly from the scanner control panel to an Email recipient. This would need to be configured from a computer web browser using the scanners web configuration menu. Lastly, you can setup a Epson Connect account (Scan to Cloud) and send scans to Email directly from scanner control panel. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
