“I have an Epson WF 3620. I've had it for maybe 3 yrs. When I replaced the ink cartridges, it accepted them but then tells me the cartridge door isn't latched. I can't do anything with it”

Hi lilsnot, this could be related to a sensor located in the ink bay. Unfortunately, the ink bay and related hardware is not user-replaceable. Please visit the official Epson Support site for the WF-3620 to contact our support team. Kind Regards, Bobby - The Epson Team.
