• No, this device cannot duplex scan. The ADF is one-sided only.

• No the WF-4820 does not make a 2 sided from a 2 sided using the ADF. You scan two 1 sided to make a 2-sided copy. You can print a two sided using your app or computer. The Answer by the Epson person is misleading by saying yes you can. I think he was referring to was the ability to scan two 1-sided pages to make a 2-sided copy.

• How can this machine copy both sides, but will not scan both sides? It’s very frustrating.

• This printer does NOT do duplex scanning or 2-sided to 2-sided copies. It states on the box that the ADF is single sided.
