Hi RMB, No, the WF-7820 does not include a USB cable. It requires a standard Type-A to Type-B USB 2.0 cable. Or, alternately, you can set it up to print and scan wirelessly from computers, smart phones and tablets. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
