“Can this print 4x6 on glossy photo paper? if so how's the quality?”

• Yes and the quality is surprisingly good however this printer is designed for simple documents with not so many colors. It has a very small ink cartridge so if you use it for pictures it will eat up the ink very fast. For pictures I would recommend a photo printer.
