I had that problem in when I first got the printer but found out it was because I essentially 2 wireless networks. My primary network and a network extender. My printer is on my primary network. If I walk around the house and it connects to my extender router I no longer have connection to my printer because my printer is not on the segment on the network. Another problem that you may have is that you may have to re-install your printer driver. When I start losing connection to my printer that is the first thing that I do is re-install the printer driver and usually that takes care of the problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
