Hi aob, Yes, you can setup the WF-2830 on a password-protected WiFi network using the front-panel controls. If you plan on connecting the WF2830 wirelessly to a computer, the installation software also allows you to connect to a WiFi network. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

Yes. You do need a phone hard line connection to send faxes properly.
