“I can print from my phone, but not from my HP desktop. I have talked to Epson and HP, both who say it's the other's issue. The printer says offline and I get an error code 0x8000ffff which apparently is a very common code, but I cannot get a resolution!”

• try deleting the printer from your HP printer options, then download and reinstall

• I have an Epspn 830 Expression and aHp lap top. I have no problem printing remotely from my lap top. Can also be done with USB but since mine are in two seperate rooms, it s set up remotely
