Why does it have 2 paper drawers? null

It has two draws for extra paper storge or it can hold two different sizes if needed

Too allow you too switch between two types of paper without having to reload a single drawer.

So you can put two kinds of paper in it, e.g. plain and photo, or plan and punched.

You can put specialized paper (envelopes or photo paper) in one, and paper for documents (letter, legal or customized sized) in the other.

To hold more paper and/or two different types of paper at the same time. both drawers are removable.

I use one for shipping labels and one for paper.
