QuestionI have a HP 4622 and no matter how many times I clean the glass I still get solid black lines on my docs.Does this printer have this problem?

- Answer After maybe a year of ownership this printer will print blurry or missing lines for me. I've tried cleaning the print heads numerous times but it does not fix the problem. Many people have the same issue. There is a cleaning kit that can be purchased online but I have read it's an issue with the Epson piezo print heads. So, any Epson with these can have this problem.

- Answer You can change the print to draft which will give you a lighter printer, but will save ink. Go into Printer management, choose draft mode until you want a final product and change it from draft to standard.

- Answer I had that problem...i just unpaired and then pair again with my wifi and mac..and that worked for me. I hope that helps.
