Card stock: Yes Both sides at the same time: No. No printer does that (unless you are interested in paying for something in cost by moving the decimal point over to the right 3 or more positions). If the printer has to flip: Yes it does. This is called duplex printing. Will there be a problem flipping a card-stock: The printer was designed for duplex printing, it can handle card stock, envelopes too. You will not have a problem if you follow the instruction manual guidelines.
