• Yes it can if you get a USB adapter for the plug in front. I advise getting a adapter off of ebay.

• I don't know what you mean by 'video card.' However, it will print directly from a USB stick, there is a front mounted USB port, It might also print from a SD card (and other memory card types-QXD, compact flash, microSD, MiniSD, etc) with an inexpensive SD to USB reader. Also, the files on the memory card need to be a compatible format (jpg, tif, etc.) There are manuals and info on the Epson website.
