“I dont know how to place 11 by 17 sheets of paper in either tray 1 or 2... the paper is too long for either tray... I dont get it & the directions that come with the printer does not say how to load the 11 by 17 paper. Help please”

You would press the blue sliders and slide them to open the width and height. The light blue tab closest to the opening of the tray on the right corner, you will need to press that to adjust and extend for 11X17 printing. It can be done on tray 1 or 2.
