• Yes, with the proper mirror mount and wiring. That's how I have them (3) mounted in my cars.

• I believe there is a mount that may be purchased but works better if mounted as suggested by manufacture.

• You might be able to mount to mirror - the mounting bracket bends to customize angle and should work for the mirror.
