• You must have the included power cord plugged into a cigarette lighter socket in order to operate Redline 360c.

• Yes you need a power chord. Don’t buy this radar, by the uniden R7. Go on vortexradar YouTube channel and you’ll see what I mean. In my experience the Uniden R7 was far better than the redline. Better performance on the highway. The red line was quieter do to the BSM filter but as you get to know the detector those really aren’t that big of a deal, I would rather have performance then convenience.
