No, you would have to run the ZW5 Laser Shifters in tandem with the radar detector. On Escorts website: "While radar jammers are prohibited by federal law in the U.S., laser shifters are currently legal in 38 states; the exceptions are California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and the District of Columbia."
