Yes, you can use the steam mode of MACH V1 Ultra on Luxury Vinyl tile. The MACH V1 Ultra is with SteamWave™ technology which is safe for all sealed hard floors and middle-pile carpets. It is recommended to use steam mode on your sealed hardwood, Vinyl Plank, marble, tile, and stone floors to avoid potentially damaging your floors. In order to avoid damaging your floors, do not use steam mode on any solid wooden floors that have been waxed. If you have waxed your floors, it is recommended to use either smart mode or suction mode.
