- Answer Yes, you can use the steam mode of MACH V1 Ultra on Luxury Vinyl tile. The MACH V1 Ultra is with SteamWave™ technology which is safe for all sealed hard floors and middle-pile carpets. It is recommended to use steam mode on your sealed hardwood, Vinyl Plank, marble, tile, and stone floors to avoid potentially damaging your floors. In order to avoid damaging your floors, do not use steam mode on any solid wooden floors that have been waxed. If you have waxed your floors, it is recommended to use either smart mode or suction mode.

QuestionFor the runtime of the MACH V1 Ultra, it shows "in steam mode, it lasts 15 minutes maximum." Does that mean after 15mins I need to recharge vacuum or refill water tank in order to steam again?

QuestionCan i use this on carpet/rugs and does it use water on them? The eufy website has a q&a video saying it’s not recommended for carpet, but the description says it works on low and middle pile rugs.
