For the eufy Indoor Cam C220 and similar cameras, video storage can be handled in two ways: Local Storage: The camera uses a microSD card (not included) for video recordings and continuous recording. The microSD card must be formatted in the eufy Security app before using it. Stored video recordings are encrypted using AES-128-bit encryption for privacy and security. Local storage doesn’t affect your ability to view recordings remotely using the eufy Security app. The supported microSD card capacity can be up to 128GB, which allows storing a significant amount of video data. Cloud Storage (Optional): If you prefer, you can store recordings on eufy Cloud storage by subscribing to its service. This allows remote access and enhanced protection of your videos. The camera does not have internal storage, so an SD card or Cloud storage is required for storing videos.
